Growing up in a small town in northern Ontario, Canada, Victoria Pratt dreamed of exploring the world beyond the its boundaries. From a young age, she knew she wanted to become famous and set about making this happen by becoming a sports star. Victoria loved to run. She even braved the freezing cold temperatures of the town at night to run for miles. Her hard work and dedication was rewarded when she became a national medallist in track and field, with a special talent for hurdling.
But Victoria is abilities were not just limited to sports. She was also academically gifted and went to university a year ahead of her age. While at York University, she competed in the Commonwealth Games and maintained an impressive academic record. After graduating with a degree in Kinesiology, Victoria worked testing athletes in the university's laboratories and co-wrote a fitness and bodybuilding book.
